Chance Goldston is the majority owner and managing partner of MMG/MIX, a marketing communications agency specializing in multicultural travel, hospitality and entertainment. Since creating the partnership with MMG Worldwide, Chance has helped clients reach multicultural markets leveraging the firm’s vast industry knowledge and cultural understanding.

With over a decade of marketing experience, Chance works with clients to develop integrated marketing plans that reach specific multicultural audiences. He has unique experience in advertising and community outreach – which has helped clients build credibility as well as drive sales. In 2006, Chance worked with MMG Worldwide to develop and execute the African-American component of the Missouri Division of Tourism’s “VistMO” campaign. This campaign leveraged Chance’s relationship with The Negro Leagues Baseball Museum to secure celebrity spokesman Buck O’Neil, one of the league’s most famous ambassadors. In addition, Chance completed an advertising campaign for Kansas City’s Historic 18th and Vine Jazz District, which was recognized with a National Silver Microphone Award in the resorts and tourism category.

In 2000, Chance founded HOTMETAL Creative to provide - branding, graphic and digital design expertise to clients including Kansas City Power & Light, H&R Block and Best Harvest Bakeries.

A world traveler himself, Chance has traveled throughout the United States as well as extensively in Europe and Central America. For several years, Chance has led bi-annual Alaskan fishing trips for his multicultural travel club. Following graduation from Washington State University where he received a bachelor’s degree from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication, Chance has lived in Seattle, Chicago, Honolulu, and Boston before settling with his family in Kansas City. An avid mountain biker and outdoorsman, Chance was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska.
